CA Deepak Mulani
Founder
Deepak Mulani is a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of professional experience, including more than 5 years dedicated to valuation and financial advisory services and 3 years of investment banking.
He has worked on a wide range of valuation engagements, including business valuations, 409A valuations, purchase price allocations, portfolio valuations, ESOP valuations and complex financial instruments.
Prior to founding Valuation Select Partners, he worked as an independent valuation consultant, supporting valuation firms, merchant bankers and advisory practices on a wide range of valuation assignments.
He is committed to delivering technically robust, well-documented and practical valuation solutions that meet the expectations of clients, auditors and other stakeholders.
Through Valuation Select Advisors, he focuses on building long-term partnerships by providing reliable, high-quality valuation support to firms across global markets.
Supported by a team of 5+ valuation analysts and associates with experience across valuation, audit and financial modelling.
